information.

How information submitted through the Relay Tech website is handled.

Information you provide

If you submit an inquiry, Relay Tech receives the details you enter, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, general location, and description of the technology issue. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information.

How it is used

The information is used to review your request, reply to you, determine whether the requested onsite work and location are a fit, and plan a possible next step. Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment.

Service providers

The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse and Resend to deliver the inquiry to Relay Tech. Those providers may process technical information needed to provide their services.

Appointments

The phone-consultation link opens Cal.com, and the onsite-request link opens Google Calendar. Those providers process the appointment and contact details you enter to create and manage the requested booking. Review Cal.com’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for more information.

Retention and sharing

Relay Tech keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service records, security, and applicable legal or tax obligations. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website and its users.

Your choices

You can avoid the website form and email relaytechhelp@gmail.com. You may also use that address to ask about information previously submitted.

Service-area privacy

Relay Tech is an onsite service. A service address may be requested while planning a visit, but the owner’s residential street address is not a public walk-in location.

Updates

This notice may be updated as the website and business processes change. The current version will be posted on this page.
